Work from Home Business Opportunity: The Six most Important Characteristics.

Work from Home Business Opportunity: The Six most Important Characteristics.

Oddly enough, these should almost be the same vital characteristics of any good paying job, Conventional or MLM.  You could add in other attributes to success. However, those others would fall into one or other of these six categories. Also, in my trainings, I cover or will cover the remaining keys to your success.

So, the MLM work from home business opportunity or the conventional job should be: easy, simple, fun, affordable, rewarding, and replicable.

While replicable is the most important for continued growth and, for an MLM work from home business opportunity, for on growing residual income long after you either don’t want to or simply can’t work any longer, it won’t be  replicable if it isn’t all of the other five.

So, let’s cover them all and in order.

  1. It must be easy. Well, those of us who have been in it long enough will tell you that for over 95% of us, that’s you and me, just starting out, it is like starting up any other kind of business: it’s often tough and very frustrating. But, it’s still easy.

There is nothing rocket science about what we all have to do. It’s just that the results are not what most are lead to believe are going to happen when we expect them to happen. However, just follow the easy work that we all have to go through in any start up. And, the results will not only happen but they will get easier as you become comfortable with what you’re doing and thus will make other people more comfortable as they listen to you. That’s most often why your first efforts fail to hit the mark. Also, in being easy, it cannot involve selling. The minute you add the selling component, you lose your organization (period).

  2. It must be simple. And, it is. The problem is that all of us just are too excited about the prospects of what this business can do for us so we break the discipline of what is most often a very simple system. That, too, improves over time with both experience and a change or toning down in your attitude and approach. You become more natural and more credible as a result. That’s when things start to break for you.
  3. It absolutely must be fun. It can’t ever be or become a job in the traditional sense. What I have done and encourage my gang members to do in their parts of the organization is to keep it light and fun. Maintain light and fun contact with your whole team. Celebrate each and every success no matter how big or small. Because, in the end, a) you will find yourself celebrating bigger and bigger successes and b) it is easier to replicate and sustain fun than a sense of duty for duty’s sake. What makes that easy and simple, though, is that we all catch on early. So, it develops a very pleasant life of its own.
  4. It must be affordable. After all, why are people trying to make extra cash? Because they don’t have any. What I like about what I do, mine is virtually cost free. And, because people buy what they are already buying but saving on every purchase of what they use each and every day, they’re making money at no cost to them. That’s a very big benefit that helps the program sell itself. All we do is position it. And, you’re taught that.
  5. It must be rewarding. For most of us starting out can be difficult. But, there are ways in almost any good MLM to demonstrate ‘the money’. But, it must be real money. It should be as instant as possible even if only a small amount. The amount is secondary to the mere fact of the money on a check made out to them. It shows them or provides a working glimpse of bigger money that is surely to come. And, it will.
  6. It must be replicable. If any of the above is missing, it will not replicate. That’s what kills off most MLM work from home business opportunities. Most, because, of the above will not last more than five years. Or, the people who enter and do not follow these simple characteristics will not be able to grow a deep and very rewarding organization. Remember, do it right and you win and everybody under you wins. But, if you don’t follow simple instruction and training, you lose but also everybody under you loses, too.

I hope this has helped you somewhat.

Work from Home Business Opportunity: Why most People Fail

Why do most people fail in Work From Home Business Opportunity?

Most people fail in work from home business Opportunity for these two reasons: a) they were oversold on how quickly they would be making serious money and b) because of the low cost of getting into making money from home business, they can walk away from the opportunity without feeling they have lost anything.

Without a doubt, not only can you make a good or better living when you run your own business and are not dependent on a company which, quite frankly, exists for its own reasons and purpose and not yours, it is so much easier to get into a good MLM work from home business opportunity than if you grabbed all your savings and started up a brick and mortar business where you have the high cost of inventory and the shrinkage cost that goes with it.

In a ‘real’ business, because of the cost commitment, you can’t just close up shop when you suddenly realize that it takes a good two to five years before you can consider that your business has taken root. Thus, you learn the need for and the value of persistence.

However, even when you are successful in the ’real’ world, the equation that we face in MLM work from home business opportunities, Invest a Little for a huge potential, including residual for life, with a bit of hard work and persistence is inverted to a lot of investment for a continuum of cost plus margin minus shrinkage and no residual.

But, the commitment and persistence remain the same.

In my gang, yes, we have very heavy hitters that come of a company of over twenty-five years in business and constant growth each and every year. But, the heavy hitters didn’t become heavy hitters overnight. Like me, like you, they all started with their first, hard earned customer. But, they persisted. And, like me and like you, they persisted their way to the top.

Yes. It costs very little to get in. In fact, when you consider the savings on what you use right now, each and every day, day in and day out, even the just $29 dollars comes back to you. So, considering the overall cost and bonus benefits and unconditional money back guarantees of our products of our program, you could easily say, you could start your own MLM work from home business opportunity with me for free.

Just commit yourself to your future and commit to persist and you will do very well for yourself for now and for well into the future.

MLM Work from Home Business Opportunity: 3 Biggest Mistakes

MLM Work from Home Business Opportunity:
The Three Biggest Mistakes People Make Early in the Lives that Will Impact Tenfold Later in Life.

a)      Relying on their education or training. Once they’re out of school, all education and formal training stops.

b)      Not committing to upgrading their education and training to becoming more adaptable to inevitable change. There is no longer such thing as a permanent job or career.

c)       Not being open to newer, better opportunities. Ask the 800,000 Canadians and almost 11,000,000 Americans who have lost both their jobs permanently but also their ability to maintain their standards of living should they be lucky enough to find another source of employment. As for their savings: gone!

Conventional thinking amongst all of us is: I have a job. I have a good life. All’s well with the world. Problem is, all’s not well with the world even if you’re one of those people who have a job and have not yet been laid off. There is no such thing anymore about a job or career for life. And, it can all be turned upside down, permanently, in a nano second.

Fact:  Nothing is guaranteed. Everything ends.

Conventional thinking amongst all those people whose lives have been destroyed by the current economy (the future is no better!) also says “if I knew then what I know now, I’d have done something to protect myself and my family.

Thankfully, I guess for many of them, they find me. Because, I’ve been there, too.

Don’t ignore additional and alternative income opportunities. It is vital that you have a fallback position to which you are educated and trained and earning a good income. Better still, what if that fallback position has a decades old solid growth each and every year. Build up your reserves. Be ready for change. Be able to pursue life on your terms rather than having to be forced by necessity to accept and live on less than you’re worth.

Your choice: Get ahead of the inevitable. Protect what you’ve worked so hard to achieve. Take one hour of your time. Just one hour. Your must develop a fallback strategy. This may be it.

Work from Home, Lucy’s Phone List

Lucy’s Phone List
Every multilevel as with every financial planner, insurance agency candidate, real estate agent, etc, you are told that your success lies in your list and how quickly you use it. There is some truth to that. However, there is not as much truth in that as you might think.

There is a truth in sales and marketing: Position yourself to be found by people who are looking for you.

In the traditional approach to sales and marketing, you spend almost all of your time finding people who are not looking for you or what you have to offer. And, that pretty much sums up almost everyone on your list.

Think about it: as you are compiling your list of everybody you know, as you write them down, are they looking for you right this minute. Are they thinking of what you have to offer? If they were, probably they would have solved that problem long before you got involved in it.

So, while you will convert a few of say one hundred people on your list, most of them will politely tell you they are not interested. Some will be a lot more blunt.

For my own list, I decided to wait until I was more successful and positioned myself to where they asked me what I was into and how I did it. That, in essence, had them contacting me. While it didn’t guarantee anything, it made the phone calls ‘an answer to’ their question. A much better position to be in for both that call and for the future.

But, I still needed a list. And, the best size of a list for people ‘in your funnel’ is always have 100 people. Now, add the notion of ‘people who are looking for you’ to the mix. And, you have a far more productive list. Let’s add one more consideration to the 100 people who are looking for you. What if they are actually waiting for your call knowing that someone is going to call them. And, then you have the right list.

Yes. I bought leads. 100 of them.

The key to leads lies in the questionnaire that the lead filled in. Most people who fill those things in online are really just looking for a job… not a business opportunity. What you will find is that most of the leads you buy are not biz ops candidates. So, that’s why you really have to know who the people are who are providing the leads and the questions they ask. I got lucky. But, I had done my homework. So, I guess it was less luck than careful selection.

I lucked into a lead system where the lead seller also does online training into how to use your leads. So, I watched for about four weeks before finally taking the plunge. And, as suggested, I bought one hundred of the ‘cheap’ leads. As the instructor said, and he was right, you’re going to blow the first few calls while you get accustomed to using your leads. You don’t want to blow off the better, more expensive ones… the ones with the higher conversion ratios. I hope that makes sense.

When you work your list, not everyone will sign up. Your main job thereafter is to keep them in play even if it means asking them for their permission for you to check back with them in, say, a couple of months. I teach all my gang what to say and what to do. You definitely don’t want to do it wrong at this point.

So, to me, you need a list of at least a hundred people to get started. But, I don’t recommend your so-called warm market list. Remember: you want to deal with people who are looking for you and not for those who are not. You can catch up with them later.

Don’t get me wrong. Your personal warm list will yield something good. But, on average, it will not produce as well as a list of people who have said they are looking. If money is an issue, work your own warm list.
